Barbara Ann Bauer

Barbara Ann Bauer, age 74, of Norman, passed away on Wednesday, October 10, 2018, at her residence. Mrs. Bauer was a member of the Greenwood Moose Ladies Auxiliary. Born on December 5, 1943, in Framingham, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of Mary Marcus, who preceded her in death. On January 23, 1961, in Natrick, Massachusetts, she married Robert Bauer and he survives in Norman. Survivors also include three sons: Michael (Dee) Bauer of Indianapolis, Brian (Rita) Bauer of Greenwood, and Robert (Debra) Bauer, Jr. of Georgia; two daughters: Kathleen (Bill) LeClaire of Georgia, and Cynthia Jennings of Indianapolis; four brothers; three sisters; 10 grandchildren: Amie LeClaire, William LeClaire, Robert Bauer, III, Jamie Bauer, Rachel Bauer, Grant Bauer, Anna Bauer, Kimberly Bauer, Erika Bauer, and Justin Hovey; seven great-grandchildren: Alexis (Stokes) Wiltz, Jasmine Stokes, Franklin Stokes, Rylan Bauer, Emilie Randolph, Gryphon LeClaire, and Hailey Cooper; and one great-great-granchild, Roman Wiltz. Funeral services for Barbara Ann Bauer will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 14, 2018 at Spurgeon Funeral Home, Inc., Brownstown. Friends may call from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service on Sunday at Spurgeon Funeral Home, Inc., Brownstown. Memorials may be given to Shriners Hospital for Children.
