Dorothy L. Wilkinson

Dorothy L. Wilkinson, age 95, of Brownstown, passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2020, at Hoosier Christian Village, Brownstown. Dorothy was a member of Ratcliff Grove Christian Church, and lived in Bellflower, California, most of her life. Dorothy was always so kind and loving to everyone. She loved cooking and making candy, and especially loved making her famous layered jello. Born on June 23, 1924, in Brownstown, she was the daughter of Ralph and Nellie Klein Kinworthy, both of whom preceded her in death. Dorothy married Arthur Wilkinson in California and he preceded her in death in 1982. Survivors include one brother, Don Lee (Rosemary) Kinworthy of Brownstown; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Dorothy was also preceded in death by a son, Ralph Arthur Wilkinson; and siblings: Robert (Josephine) Kinworthy, Lewis (Betty A.) Kinworthy, and Ralph (Wilma) Kinworthy, Jr. Private funeral services for Dorothy L. Wilkinson will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 20, 2020, at Fairview Cemetery, Brownstown, with Pastor Chris Criminger officiating.
