Joseph Chesley Woods, age 66, of Vallonia, passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2020, at his residence. Mr. Woods was a member of Brownstown United Methodist Church. He was an avid outdoorsman. He loved fishing, hunting and gardening. He always gave away more produce from his garden than he kept for himself. Joe will be missed by all who knew him. Born in 1953, he was the son of Joseph and Virginia Lahrman Woods, both of whom preceded him in death. Survivors include one daughter, Jessica Woods; one granddaughter, Kaitlin Woods Williams; and two great-grandchildren: Jacarri McCarty and Karter McCarty.
