Amuel Adam Hall, age 44, of Kurtz, passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2026.
Adam was a young man, who loved being outdoors and enjoying the simple things in life. He especially loved mowing grass, welding, fishing, deer hunting, and spending time with his Papaw, Jack. Adam also cherished riding to town with his mother, listening to country music as they traveled along the back roads. Additionally, he adored his dog, Yoyo, and loved taking Yoyo along with him on rides and adventures.
The family has found comfort and strength in the words of Psalm 23: “Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me.” These words have been a source of faith and comfort to the family.
Born on June 7, 1982, in Seymour, Adam was the son of Brian Keith and Cheryl (Arthur) Hall, both of whom survive in Kurtz.
Survivors also include one brother, Nathan Keith (Heather) Hall of North Vernon; one niece, Hayley Hall; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Adam was preceded in death by his grandparents: Amuel and Lucy Arthur, Jack Hall, Nancy Hall, and Ruth Hall; great-grandparents, Harry and Ruby Hall; and uncles: Sonny Arthur, Allen Arthur, Bobby Arthur, and Jackie Hall.
Graveside services for Amuel Adam Hall will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 24, 2026, at Kurtz Cemetery with Pastor Floyd Fisher officiating.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the caring staff at Spurgeon Funeral Home, Inc.
