Deacon Michael
Stuckwisch
Aug 17, 2026 — Aug 17, 2026
Brownstown
Deacon Michael Stuckwisch was born on Monday, August 17, 2026, at Schneck Medical Center, the beloved twin of Sutton Layne Stuckwisch.
Though Deacon was stillborn and his time on earth was brief, he was deeply loved and cherished by his family. His family trusts that just as his name suggests, baby “Deacon” was welcomed into the loving arms of our Lord and Savior, eternally “serving” and watching over his family. We give thanks for the precious gift of his life and holding fast to the promise of Christ's resurrection and eternal life. His twin, Sutton Layne Stuckwisch, will forever carry the special bond they shared.
Survivors, who cherished Deacon dearly, include his loving parents, Devin and Haylee (Barker) Stuckwisch of Brownstown; his older sister, Parker Jo Stuckwisch; his twin sister, Sutton Layne Stuckwisch; maternal grandparents, Tom and Laura Barker of Seymour; paternal grandparents, Tim and Angie Stuckwisch of Brownstown; great-grandparents: Richard "Dick" and Dona Barker of Seymour, Michael and Angela Armstrong of Vallonia, Michael and Rosa Stuckwisch of Brownstown, and Tom and Linda Hallow of Brownstown; aunt and uncle, Hannah and Kyle Klosterman of Seymour, and aunt, Zoe Stuckwisch; cousins: Blair Klosterman and Quinn Klosterman; and many extended family members and friends, who held Deacon dearly in their hearts.
The family wishes to thank everyone for their prayers, love, and support during this difficult time. Though their hearts ache and they grieve his loss, they trust in God's plan and hold onto the hope that they will one day be reunited with Deacon in heaven. They take comfort in knowing that Deacon now rests peacefully in the arms of Jesus.
