Eunicia Ruth Tiemeyer, age 81, Brownstown, died at 12:02 a.m. Saturday, October 19, 2013, at her residence. She was a member of Brownstown United Methodist Church and a former business owner, cook and bartender. Born Oct. 5, 1932, in Brownstown, she was a daughter of Brant and Della Mae Gaither Reynolds. She married Bernard Tiemeyer on October 1, 1947, in Brownstown. He preceded her in death. She is survived a son, Willard Edward Tiemeyer of Freetown; a daughter, Bernicia Diana Holman of Brownstown; three grandchildren, Angela (Bradley) Wingler, Winter Holman and Cory Holman; and six great-grandchildren, Brooklyn Wingler, Allie Mae Wingler, Brennan Wingler, Kaylyn Holman, Koby Davis and Payton Sporleder. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Willard Nowling and Lawrence Nowling; and a sister, Kathleen Nowling. The Rev. Doug Sanders will conduct a funeral service at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Spurgeon Funeral Home in Brownstown. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until the service on Tuesday. Memorials may be made to Brownstown United Methodist Church.
