Obituary
Ezekiel Henry Decker, son of Chad and Lisbeth (Klosterman) Decker, of Columbus, went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at 11:15 a.m. at Columbus Regional Hospital.
He is preceded in death by great-grandparents: (maternal) Amos Klosterman, Hugh and Patty Lucas; (paternal) Bill and MaryLou Decker.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Max and Brenda (Lucas) Klosterman; his maternal great grandmother, Leona (Klosterman) Stahl, both of Brownstown. Paternal grandparents include, Scott Decker of Seymour; and Doris Pearson of Columbus; paternal great grandparents, Marge and Earl Climer of Columbus. Surviving aunts and uncles include, Lacy and Josh Vaughn, Leah and Kyle Broshears, Clayton and Hannah (Currao) Klosterman, David Decker of Seymour, and Laney and Kelsey Pearson of Columbus. Cousins include Parker and Hudson Broshears, and Kelby and Kyla Vaughn, both of Seymour.
A private family service and interment was held on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at 10:00 am at St. John's Lutheran Church, Sauers with Rev. Craig Muhlbach officiating. Memorials may be given in Ezekiel's memory to St. John's Lutheran Church, Sauers Landscaping fund. Spurgeon Funeral Home Inc., handled the arrangements.
