Ezra Michael East passed away peacefully in the arms of Jesus on Thursday, February 6, 2025, at St. Vincent Women's Hospital, Indianapolis, surrounded by his loving parents. During his brief seven weeks here on Earth, he taught everyone the true meaning of strength, and he will always be remembered.
Ezra Michael was the son of Alex and Abigail (Walker) East of Vallonia.
Survivors also include maternal grandparents, Linda and Fred Fryer of Salem; paternal grandparents, Cody and Sara East of Bedford; aunts and uncles: Derek and Maria Walker, Nathan Walker, Carter and Samantha East; and numerous other relatives.
A Celebration of Life and worship service for Ezra Michael East will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Brownstown Christian Church with Pastor Tedd Stucker officiating. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Brownstown Christian Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Brownstown Christian Church or Ascension St. Vincent House, which provides lodging for families near the hospital.
