Gregory Alan Bryant, age 63, of Seymour, passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at his home.

Mr. Bryant was baptized into Christ on June 30, 1963, and confirmed in his faith on April 3, 1977, and remained a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Seymour throughout his life.

Gregg was a dedicated team leader at Cummins Engine Co. for more than 15 years. He also worked alongside his father and brothers at Bryant Products.

Gregg was passionate about taking care of his mom. He also loved camping and spending vacations at the beach with his sons while they were growing up. He loved throwing baseballs with them, taking Polaris rides, and being their biggest supporter. Gregg worked hard throughout his life to provide a wonderful life for his boys and took great pride in watching them grow into the men they are today. He was immensely proud of his sons and their accomplishments, and they were a constant source of joy throughout his life.

The simple pleasures of country life also brought great happiness to Gregg. He loved spending time with his friends, listening to Elvis, and watching his favorite sports.

Born on June 14, 1963, in Seymour, Gregg was the son of Norman Jerry and LaVonne (Wehrkamp) Bryant. His father preceded him in death on January 8, 1991, and his mother survives in Seymour.

Survivors also include two sons: Jackson (Chandler) Bryant of Brownstown, and Jerrad Bryant of Seymour; two brothers: Scott (Donna) Bryant of Florida, and Timothy (Luanne) Bryant of Seymour; the mother of his children: Betsy Bryant of Seymour; two nephews; and several cousins.

Gregg was also preceded in death by an infant sister, Beth Ann Bryant.

Funeral services for Gregory Alan Bryant will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, October 2, 2026, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Seymour, with Pastor Ralph Blomenberg, Pastor Philip Bloch, and Pastor William G. Fredstrom officiating. Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, and from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the service at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, October 2, 2026, at the church.

Interment will follow at Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery, Seymour.

Memorials may be given to Immanuel Lutheran Church or Immanuel Lutheran School.
