Jeffrey Greathouse

Jeffrey David Greathouse, age 54, of Freetown, passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2025, at his home. Jeffrey loved working on vehicles, and he had a passion for hunting and camping. Born on May 7, 1971, in Seymour, Jeffrey was the son of Richard and Alice (Bales) Greathouse, both of whom preceded him in death. Survivors include one son, Jeffrey (Chanda) Greathouse, II, of Crothersville; one daughter, Brianna Greathouse of North Vernon; three brothers: Richard Dale (Glenda) Greathouse, Charlie Greathouse, and Tommy Greathouse (Raven Farmer); five grandchildren: Treyton, McKenna, Shiloh, Jasmine, and Luke; one niece, Pheobe Greathouse; and his girlfriend and caregiver, Jessica Brown. Jeffrey was also preceded in death by one brother, Randy Greathouse. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the caring staff at Spurgeon Funeral Home, Inc.
