Kathy (Mabel) Polly, age 64, of Brownstown, Indiana, passed away on Thursday,
September 8, 2016 at her residence.
Mrs. Polly attended Peter's Switch Church of the Nazarene. She was a homemaker and a member of the Eagles Lodge of Seymour.
Born on July 29, 1952, in Seymour, Indiana, she was the daughter of James and Ilene Lucas Eisele, both of whom preceded her in death. On October 3, 1976, she married Donald Polly and he survives in Brownstown.
Survivors include one daughter, Paula (Eric) Roll of Brownstown; one sister, JoAnn Moore of Brownstown; three grandsons: Keegan Roll, Cheaney Roll and Jaylen Roll all of Brownstown; and four nephews: Cody Moore, Coby Moore and Cohl Moore all of Seymour, and Kelly Eisele, Jr. of Brownstown.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one brother, Kelly Eisele.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, September 12, 2016 at Spurgeon Funeral Home, Inc., Brownstown. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at Spurgeon Funeral Home, Inc. and from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service on Monday, September 12, 2016 at the funeral home with Jean Pogue officiating.
Interment will take place at Fairview Cemetery, Brownstown.
Memorials may be given to Don & Dana Myers Cancer Center.
