Larry John Hall, 68 of Brownstown, Indiana died Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at his home in Brownstown. He is survived by his loving wife, Marsha, and his 3 sons, Clayton (C.J.), Jamie, and Dustin, and his brother Terry of Doral, Florida. Larry served his country during the Vietnam war and was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army. He served as a company clerk. Larry was a 1981 graduate of the University of Central Florida, where he majored in political science, graduating with honors. He grew up in Ohio where he was born and then lived in DeLand, Florida. He and Marsha were married in Vallonia, Indiana in 1975. Larry enjoyed comedy and always made people laugh. He coached youth soccer, Little League, and opened his home and heart to foster kids. He ran a successful courier business in South Florida, where he lived with his family from 1990-2002. Larry was an incredibly giving man and a fantastic provider for his family. He was a loving and supportive husband, father, and human being. Larry was a chess player, a beach streaker, a prankster, and a history buff. He told one heck of a good story. Anyone who knew him would remember him with a wry smile and say, "Larry was a good man." Arrangements are being handled by Spurgeon Funeral Home Inc.
