Linda Sue Greger

Linda Sue Greger, age 66, French Lick, and formerly of Brownstown, passed away at 6:15 a.m. Monday, May 27, 2013, at her residence. Linda was a member of Brownstown Christian Church. She retired from Lucas Ackerman Supply Co. in Brownstown in 2011 after more than 25 years of service as office manager. She was a 1964 graduate of Brownstown Central High School. She was a member of Tri Kappa and also various church groups, including the choir and Esther Circle and was president of the fellowship teams and numerous other church activities. Born Jan. 8, 1947, in Louisville, Ky., she was the daughter of Edward Mulberry, who preceded her in death, and Ruth Baker Mulberry Bullock, who survives in Brownstown. She married Charles "Chuck" Gregor, in 1965. He survives. Other survivors include two sons, Charles "Bob" (Marcy) Greger of French Lick, and Jason (Heather) Greger of Erie, Colo.; a brother, Rob (Barbara) Mulberry of Carmel; three sisters, Ruth Anne (Richard) Hehman of Columbus, Teresa (Tom) Dunbar of Brownstown, and Pam (Brian) Humphrey of Princeton, Minn.; and four grandchildren, Megan Greger and Hannah Greger, both of French Lick, and Dillon Greger and Levi Greger, both of Erie, Colo. She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Mulberry; stepmother, Audrey Mulberry; and stepfather, Ernie Bullock. The funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at Spurgeon Funeral Home Inc. Brownstown, with the Rev. Michael Hogg officiating. Burial will take place at Fairview Cemetery, Brownstown. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. until time of service Thursday at the funeral home Memorials may be given to ALS Association, Brownstown Christian Church or Hoosier Uplands (Hospice).
