Marcy Garrett, age 50, of Brownstown, Indiana, passed away on Monday, June 20, 2016 at her residence.
Ms. Garrett was a member of the Brownstown Christian Church.
Born on July 27, 1965, in Seymour, she was the daughter of William Jerry and Gloria Joy Baughman Garrett. Her father preceded her in death on June 17, 2009 and her mother survives in Brownstown.
Survivors also include one brother, Marcus (Wanda Reynolds) Garrett of Brownstown; and three sisters, Susan Underwood of Seymour, Debra Hamilton of Brownstown and Bethany Ault Pyle of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by three nieces, Viki Underwood, Briana Ault and Jaslene Pichardo.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at Spurgeon Funeral Home, Inc., Brownstown, with Brian Richard officiating. Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Smallwood Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to Brownstown Christian Church or Hoosier Christian Village Auxiliary.
