Obituary

Nickie Ann Hall, age 58, of Freetown, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, at Schneck Medical Center, Seymour, surrounded by her loving family.
Mrs. Hall was a lifetime member of Freetown Church of Nazarene.
Nickie was employed at Cummins Engine Co. for more than 20 years.
Nickie cherished her family deeply, and she especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. In addition to her love for her family, she took pleasure in wood tooling, do-it-yourself projects, mushroom hunting and restoring furniture.
Born on December 10, 1966, in Seymour, Nickie was the daughter of Wayne and Louise (Meade) Ison, both of whom survive in Kurtz. On May 31, 1986, at Freetown Church of Nazarene, she married Douglas Kent Hall, and he survives in Freetown.
Survivors also include two daughters: Cindy (Steven) Wynn of Clearspring, and Keisha (Hank) Ogle of Brownstown; four grandchildren: Maya Wynn, Emma Mitchell, Kaytlyn Mitchell, and William Ogle; one brother, Earl (Sonja) Ison of Seymour; and one sister, Renae (David) Leonard of Freetown.
Funeral services for Nickie Ann Hall will be conducted at 12:00 noon on Monday, December 30, 2024, at Kurtz Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Floyd Fisher officiating. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 12:00 noon on Monday, December 30, 2024, at Kurtz Church of the Nazarene.
Interment will be at Kurtz Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the caring staff at Spurgeon Funeral Home, Inc.
