Ruth Rene Stephens, of Indianapolis, passed away on November 11, 2024.
Born on October 10, 1967, in Columbus, Indiana, Ruth was the daughter of James Michael Stephens and Alice Stephens.
She is survived by her mother, Alice Stephens; two sons: Jon (Kelley) Luenebrink and Anthony Luenebrink; one daughter, Natasha (Kaitlyn) Campbell; three brothers: David Wilson (Alenda), Greg Stephens (Michelle), and Benji Stephens; one sister, Lisa Barnett (Randy). She is also survived by her grandchildren Bryson, Kinleigh, Joshalyn, Jacob, Jonathan, Waymon, and Myla Sue, along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Ruth was preceded in death by her father, James Michael Stephens.
Funeral services for Ruth Rene Stephens will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Spurgeon Funeral Home, Inc., Brownstown. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Spurgeon Funeral Home, Inc.
A private burial will take place at Freetown Church of Christ Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the caring staff at Spurgeon Funeral Home, Inc.
